Τι θα κάνεις

Anartxy · B2B (10:00 με 15:00)

  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες χονδρικής (τηλέφωνο, email, WhatsApp/Viber).
  • Καταχώρηση & παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών στη B2B πλατφόρμα.
  • Follow-up, ενεργοποίηση leads, υπενθυμίσεις πληρωμών.
  • Συνεργασία με την ισπανική ομάδα για αποστολές, proformas & επιβεβαιώσεις.

Kalliope · e-shop (9:00-10:00 // 15:00-17:00)

  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών e-shop (έλεγχος πληρωμών, picking/packing, αποστολές).
  • Επικοινωνία B2C πελατών για ενημέρωση/εξυπηρέτηση (email/τηλέφωνο).
  • Συντονισμός με courier, δημιουργία vouchers & tracking.
