In 2018, Lidis expanded its operations to Greece, relocating its headquarters from Sydney, Australia to Athens. The firm currently owns and operates hotels and several development projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Nea Erythraia. The role involves providing executive administrative support and personal assistance to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling daily administrative duties. The Personal Assistant will act as a key point of contact, supporting the CEO in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and communications.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance to effectively support and manage the needs of the CEO.
- Expertise in Diary Management and appointment coordination to ensure efficient scheduling and time management.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance to handle documentation, communications, correspondence, and office management tasks.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accounting or legal background a plus.
