We are looking for a 
Development Coordinator
 to join our Development team and support acquisitions, technical/legal due diligence, planning controls, and project readiness.

This role sits directly under the 
Development Manager
 and works closely with senior leadership.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is for someone who is 
sharp, organised, and thrives in a fast, deal-driven environment
.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating 
    technical, planning, legal, and due diligence workflows
  • Managing deliverables between 
    lawyers, notaries, engineers, architects, surveyors
  • Reviewing 
    titles, certificates, surveys, topographicals, zoning constraints
  • Preparing and tracking complete 
    DD checklists
  • Supporting the Development Manager on 
    planning and development controls
  • Ensuring documents, reports, and data are 
    accurate, complete, and properly structured
  • Maintaining professional communication with external consultants
  • Preparing files and documentation for 
    transactions, banks, and authorities
  • Assisting with early feasibility, planning analysis, and development preparation

IDEAL BACKGROUND

Candidates from the following backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply:

  • Property Law / Real Estate Law
  • Urban Planning
  • Civil Engineering
  • Architecture
  • Surveying / Topography
  • Technical DD / Real Estate Advisory

Experience in 
real estate transactions, planning, contracts, engineering documentation, or legal DD
 is considered a strong advantage.
