About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager coordinating and completing the projects in Public and Private Sector on time within budget and within scope. He/She will also set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor the progress of the projects.

What will you need to do:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.

• Manage the execution of project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.

• Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals/bids within customer defined timeframes.

• Assist and recommend measures to ensure compliance with various ISO certifications.

• Participates in the solution design and proposal authoring for various RFIs / RfPs / PoCs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and methodologies.

Requirements

What will you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 5 – 9 years of experience in Project Management.

• Proven experience with complex, software intensive Projects in Public and Private Sector.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

• Experience with handling RFPs & RFIs. is a plus.

• Technical expertise in all aspects of software programming (production, testing, delivery, deploy, maintenance). Technical expertise on IT infrastructure (networking, security, hardware etc.) is a plus.

• Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage workload in a complex, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

• Curiosity, critical thinking, and adaptability to unique situations.

• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to perform under tight deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English and Greek language.

• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate financial information, both orally and in writing.

• Work effectively as part of a team with constant cooperation and interaction.

• High levels of responsibility, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
