Job description

Responsible for supporting the Venue's General Director on all matters involving technical support and all operational matters. Additionally plays a pivotal role as a coordinator for all external and internal stakeholders for any event within the Venue.

Skills Needed or Preferred

  • Understanding of the operational and logistics requirements for a large-scale event and/or ceremony, live events or TV οr day to day business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Moderate level of technical experience and profile is an asset
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in an athletic venue
  • Technical studies is a plus
  • Energetic and dynamic individual with high level organisational skills, and an attention to detail with a focus on delivery
  • High level of integrity and commitment
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills (MS Office skills are essential for this role)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and organization of all assigned matches and events within the stadium including domestic and international matches, concerts and other events as required
  • Support the infrastructure maintenance and upgrading requirements
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested from time to time
