leading international software provider for the banking and investment management sectors
, we are looking for a dynamic
Inside Sales Specialist
. You will be a key driver of growth, collaborating closely with the Marketing & Sales team to develop qualified opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
What You'll Do
Your core mission is to identify, nurture, and qualify new business opportunities. You will be a high-energy engine for the sales team, focused on building a robust pipeline.
- Prospect & Research:
Identify potential targets and key decision-makers using tools like
Sales Navigator
. - Engage & Connect:
Reach out to senior executives via phone, email, and social media to build relationships and generate interest. - Generate Leads:
Organize and follow up on targeted marketing campaigns, developing and testing scripts to maximize impact. - Manage Data:
Meticulously maintain contact details and sales activities within the
CRM database
. - Drive Results:
Maintain a high call rate and activity level to achieve or exceed your monthly and quarterly targets. - Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date on relevant financial services and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented person with a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of experience
in a similar inside sales or business development role. - A strong background in a software, financial services, or fintech company
is highly preferred. - A degree
in Business, Marketing, Banking, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven skills
in influencing, presentation, and communication. - A high-energy mindset
with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision. - Language:
Excellent command of both written and spoken
English
(additional languages are a plus).
