Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee located in Néa Smýrni. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for a range of administrative and support tasks, including handling back office operations, managing documentation, providing assistance with finance-related tasks, and supporting the sales and customer service teams. The role also involves ensuring efficient communication and coordination with various departments.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Back Office Operations and accurate documentation management
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively support internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic understanding or experience in Finance-related tasks
  • Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to support sales functions
  • Proficiency in using office software, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Relevant experience in a similar back office or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Néa Smýrni
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
