Η OikosPropertyDevelopments είναι ραγδαία αυξανόμενη εταιρεία η οποία δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο των κατασκευών. Η αποστολή μας είναι να μεγιστοποιήσουμε την εμπειρία των πελατών μας. Για αυτό τον σκοπό, επιθυμούμε να εντάξουμε στην ομάδα μας Υπάλληλο Γραφείου για μόνιμη απασχόληση.
Τα καθήκοντα σου:
- Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου
- Συνεργασία με το προσωπικό όλων των τμημάτων για την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση των εργασιών.
- Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και συνεργάτες
- Διατήρηση ηλεκτρονικού ή/και έντυπου αρχείου για την επιχείρηση
- Διαχείριση και ανανέωση συστήματος CRM
Το προφίλ σου:
- Πολύ καλή γνώση και χρήση Microsoft Office (ιδιαίτερα Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες (προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία)
- Πολύ καλές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Δεξιότητες multitasking και διαχείρισης χρόνου
