B2B Communication Assistant
για την ομάδα της στην Ελλάδα.

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες χονδρικής (τηλέφωνο, email, WhatsApp, Viber)
  • Καταχώρηση & παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών μέσω B2B πλατφόρμας
  • Διαχείριση πληρωμών & ενημέρωση πελατών
  • Follow-up επικοινωνίες και ενεργοποίηση leads
  • Συνεργασία με την ισπανική ομάδα για αποστολές & επιβεβαιώσεις
