Role Description:

We are looking for a motivated and business-minded professional to support the daily operations and performance of our Franchise channel, helping each partner achieve their retail and commercial goals.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the main point of contact for our partners, supporting them in all daily operations and making sure each store runs smoothly and successfully.

Your days will include:

• Supporting franchise partners with daily operations and communication.
• Coordinating orders and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Monitoring stock levels and suggesting reorders based on sales results.
• Preparing performance reports and sharing key insights with the team.
• Following up on payments and collaborating with internal departments when needed.
• Helping organize promotional and marketing activities in line with the brand calendar.
• Working closely with internal teams (Sales, Merchandising, Logistics, Marketing) to make things happen — together

What You Bring:

• Around 2 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or business operations — ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• A solid understanding of sales dynamics, stock management, and key retail performance indicators.
• Excellent communication skills — you enjoy connecting with people and building lasting partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prepare clear and insightful reports.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Confident working with Excel and ERP systems.
• Open to occasional travel across Europe.
