Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Revenue & Yield Manager at INcrementUM. The Hotel Revenue & Yield Manager will be responsible for day-to-day revenue analysis, yield management, and sales optimization for part of the company's portfolio. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy. The Hotel Revenue & Yield Manager will work on-site at the company's location in Nea Chalkidona.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify revenue opportunities
• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively communicate revenue strategies and collaborate with team members & clients
• Sales: Experience in online sales and revenue optimization in the hospitality industry
• Revenue Analysis: Proficiency in conducting revenue analysis, forecasting, and market trend analysis
• Yield Management: Knowledge of yield management principles and strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
• Systems' knowledge: Good knowledge of the major OTAs' extranets , Expedia, Hotelbeds etc) & Webhotelier
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in revenue management & content
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve revenue-related challenges
• Experience with hotel revenue management systems and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
