Strategic Partners
, on behalf of a well-established and reputable
pharmaceutical company
, is currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced 
Production Manager
 with a proven background in the 
pharmaceutical industry
. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and collaborating closely with the 
R&D Manager
 to align production with new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day production operations in accordance with pharmaceutical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure production goals are met in terms of quality, safety, efficiency, and timelines.
  • Collaborate directly with the 
    R&D Manager
     to support scale-up processes and the transfer of new products from development to production.
  • Organize, select, and oversee the implementation of mechanical and production equipment
     to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor production KPIs, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve performance and compliance targets.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, and internal quality systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 
    5 years of experience in production management
     within the 
    pharmaceutical industry (mandatory)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience working with R&D teams.
  • Experience in selecting and managing production equipment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
