Περιγραφή θέσης

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα έχει κεντρικό ρόλο στη διαμόρφωση της προϊοντικής στρατηγικής πολιτικής, αλλά και για την ανάλυση μεγάλου όγκου δεδομένων αγοράς και πελατών, την εξαγωγή insights και τη δημιουργία ακριβών προβλέψεων (forecasting) που θα καθοδηγούν τις αποφάσεις, συμβάλλοντας στην ανάπτυξη νέων κατηγοριών και την βελτίωση της ανταγωνιστικότητας μας στην αγορά.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Data-driven προϊοντικές αποφάσεις, αντί για απλή εμπορική διαχείριση
  • Έρευνα αγοράς και αξιολόγηση συνεργαζόμενων προμηθευτών
  • Μελέτη ανταγωνισμού και εντοπισμός νέων τάσεων στον κλάδο
  • Προτάσεις για ένταξη νέων προϊοντικών γραμμών και ανανέωση των υφιστάμενων
  • Διαμόρφωση τιμολογιακής πολιτικής με βάση τις συνθήκες της αγοράς
  • Έλεγχος και διαχείριση αποθεμάτων με στόχο τη βέλτιστη κυκλοφοριακή ταχύτητα
  • Διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιών προς προμηθευτές και εποπτεία έως και την παραλαβή των ειδών στην αποθήκη
  • Ανάλυση εμπορικών δεδομένων & reporting
  • Data analysis & forecasting

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης (Οικονομικά, Στατιστική, Business Analytics ή συναφές πεδίο)
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε Product Management, Data Analytics ή συναφή βοηθητικό ρόλο, κατά προτίμηση σε τεχνολογικά/digital προϊόντα
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office (ιδίως Excel), ERP SoftOne και e-commerce περιβάλλοντος
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Ισχυρές αναλυτικές ικανότητες, με δυνατότητα μετατροπής δεδομένων σε insights και insights σε δράσεις
  • Εξοικείωση με τεχνικές forecasting και ανάλυσης αγοράς
  • Εμπειρία σε κοστολόγηση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, πνεύμα συνεργασίας και ομαδικότητας
