IT Reporting Analyst
in Athens to work with our clients in th
e European public sector.

The
IT Reporting Analyst
is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to produce actionable insights that support business decision-making. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, developing dashboards and reports, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.

Your role:

• Extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to produce accurate and insightful reports.
• Designing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Performing trend analyses and developing forecasts to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and workflow evaluation.
• Validating the accuracy and completeness of reports, ensuring data integrity at all times.
• Providing ad hoc analyses to support time-sensitive business decisions.
• Training and supporting team members in using reporting tools and interpreting data outputs.
• Staying current with new data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and techniques for automating reporting and data analysis.
• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You must be eligible for EU Security Clearance (at least 5 years of EU nationality in required).

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with ETL processes or data pipeline management.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or financial systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
• Exposure to statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
