We are looking for a
Mid Functional Analyst
with a strong focus on
manual testing
to join our team supporting Web & Mobile Banking solutions for a major banking project. The ideal candidate will combine experience in functional analysis with a keen eye for quality and detail in manual test execution. Hybrid work model | Mid-level position (3+ years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional analysis of business requirements and translate them into testable use cases
  • Design and execute test cases, test plans, and perform defect tracking
  • Validate system functionality across Web and Mobile Banking platforms
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure proper testing coverage
  • Use SQL for data validation and support backend testing
  • Identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement in system behavior
  • Support end-to-end testing efforts and provide clear test documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in functional analysis and manual testing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with banking systems or financial applications
  • Good SQL skills for database validation and data analysis
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to break down business requirements into detailed test scenarios
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and technical teams
