JOTIS S.A., a leading company in the food industry, is seeking a
SAP Functional Business Analyst
to join its dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP S4 projects, ensuring that high-quality system solutions support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a strong understanding of the business landscape and processes from a detailed system-level perspective
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, colleagues, and strategic partners across a portfolio of SAP S4 projects
  • Lead the analysis of requirements at the system level and ensure the creation of a high-quality system specification for the required solution
  • Prepare test scenarios and lead execution and dress rehearsals
  • Ensure quality and consistency of solution design through go-live and post-implementation stages
  • Train end users on new solutions and provide support during the cutover phase

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support, and/or upgrade projects
  • Proven analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and incident resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage user support
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • CBAP certification and/or any SAP certification will be considered an advantage
