About the Role

You will be part of our Greek hub in Athens, supporting client delivery, servicing, and product development, ensuring that all team processes and tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on servicing our clients through our proprietary software platform for
regulatory reporting
. Attention to detail and diligence are essential, as our clients expect the highest standards of service and accountability.

Your day-to-day work will involve
data analysis, transformation, and validation
, as well as developing an in-depth understanding of a wide range of
European financial regulations
impacting the Asset Management sector.

These include, but are not limited to:

PRIIPs, AIFMD, SFDR, CRR, Solvency II, MiFID II, ESG, KVG, VAG
and other emerging regulatory frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and international client teams to ensure our solutions meet complex regulatory and data reporting requirements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support in collecting and analysing data, performing gap analysis, and executing data transformations for both new and existing clients.
  • Create, test, and validate regulatory reports and data processing workflows.
  • Engage directly with clients in a challenging regulatory environment.
  • Stay current with
    evolving European financial regulations
    , building a strong knowledge base.
  • Implement new regulatory requirements and model financial products within our in-house software platform.
  • Validate outputs, conduct end-to-end testing, and ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  • Collaborate across multiple LPA offices in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Finance, Financial Services, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics,
    or related quantitative fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in data modelling, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent command of
    MS Excel
    and working knowledge of
    SQL
    (proven experience preferred).
  • Excellent
    written and spoken English
    .
  • Experience in
    data management
    or
    financial reporting
    is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with
    funds, insurance products, and financial instruments
    (equities, bonds, derivatives, alternatives) is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fulfilment of military service.
