Your role will combine ownership, coordination, and delivery — helping to transform ideas into real digital products.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and product development projectsCollaborate with stakeholders, developers, and clients to define scope, requirements, and timelinesTranslate business objectives into clear user stories and actionable technical tasksLead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesTrack progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery of milestonesContribute to proof of concepts and product discovery phasesWhat You Bring3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager within IT or FinTechA solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery processesBasic working experience with SQL databases (queries, validation, reporting)Technical or IT-related academic backgroundExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in English (written & spoken)Nice to HaveExperience with PoCs , MVPs , or client-facing digital transformation projectsFamiliarity with Banking, Finance, or Energy sector workflowsExposure to data-driven or API-based environmentsWhat's OfferedHybrid working model – based in AthensCompetitive compensation and growth opportunitiesCollaborative environment blending corporate structure with startup energy-> Think you're a fit?Apply now or reach out to theWorkEthixteam to learn more. |
