On behalf of a dynamic iGaming company, we are seeking an experienced and driven Product Owner (Sportsbook) to lead the development and continuous improvement of their sports betting product. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sports betting markets, and a proven ability to bridge business objectives with technical execution.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing etc to deliver a world-class Sportsbook experience that enhances player engagement, retention, and revenue.

Your Impact

  • Define and own the Sportsbook product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market trends.
  • Translate product vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for development teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, trading, and technology to prioritise features and enhancements.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and gather customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
  • Partner with UX/UI to optimise the player journey, improving usability and conversion rates.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Ensure the Sportsbook complies with relevant regulatory and market requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

You Bring

  • 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within the iGaming or Sportsbook industry.
  • Strong understanding of sports betting products, markets, and player behaviours.
  • Proven experience managing Agile development cycles (Scrum/Kanban) and writing user stories.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
