What you will work on
- Manage the backlog of Data and AI Teams
- Acting as liaison between business owners and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve misalignments
- Receiving business requests and priorities, clarifying and translating them into technical specifications, and producing detailed requirements and plans
- Contribute to the creation of the roadmap
- Overseeing AI and data projects progress to ensure on-time delivery, testing, and deployment, while offering domain knowledge and technical expertise
- Facilitating backlog refinement sessions, tracking release cycles and overall operational efficiency, and coordinating maintenance and issue resolution.
- Follow the pareto principle: deliver 80% of the solution in 20% of the time
- Ensure that the team moves fast through all the phases of product development
- Oversee the development cycle and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Remove any impediments for the teams
- Ensure the quality of the delivered features
What you bring
- BSc/MSc degree in relevant Information Technology subject
- At least 3 years of experience as product owner, product manager or project manager, preferably in game tech
- Experience running medium to large/complex projects with multiple dependencies using Agile (Scrum) processes in planning, implementation and support of business application components, including change & release management
- PMP or Prince II or Scrum certification is desirable
- Team management experience is desirable
- Sufficient level of technical background in software development will be considered as a plus
- Experience with data and AI will be considered a plus
- Gaming market knowledge will be considered as a plus
- Excellent communication skills, especially with stakeholders and leadership, that allow to understand product strategy and anticipate needs
- Time management skills
- English language (both verbal and written)
