Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to join our events team, helping bring our iconic events to life, reporting directly to the Events Manager and Event Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of live event production—from pre-production through to on-site delivery and post-event wrap-up.

You will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various event formats, including corporate events, music concerts, festivals, and large-scale productions. This includes site inspections, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, health and safety compliance, and ensuring smooth on-site operations.

A key part of your role will involve managing production staff, suppliers, and partners, while maintaining clear communication and swift problem-solving throughout the process.Your attention to detail is crucial, as the role requires a strong focus on logistics, budgets, schedules, and the supervision of each production assigned by the Event Manager& Event Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Review all project requests, specifications, technical riders, and event requirements; initiate job planning and timelines accordingly.
• Develop detailed production estimates and schedules; re-negotiate timelines as needed based on evolving project scope.
• Conduct site inspections to assess event requirements, logistics, and technical needs.
• Oversee all production processes, including pre-production planning, on-site execution (load-in, setup, show run, strike), and post-event wrap-up.
• Provide on-site production oversight, including setting up of technical equipment (audio, lighting, video) and backstage areas.
• Advise on and adjust technical specifications and riders as necessary to meet event goals.
• Manage stage operations and stage management duties as needed.
• Coordinate vendor and supplier logistics, including shipping, receiving, material sourcing, and procurement.
• Estimate, negotiate, and manage budgets in collaboration with vendors and suppliers.
• Organize routine maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Communicate specific talent-related event details (e.g., security needs, credentials) to relevant teams.
• Liaise with internal departments to coordinate production, logistics, and staffing needs.
• Supervise and manage junior staff and freelance personnel as required.
• Maintain flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, in accordance with production schedules.
• Take full responsibility for all production-related matters on event day and during post-event operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate or B2B event planning and execution.
• Driving License.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours when required.
