We are currently seeking an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a leading multinational company that manufactures high-quality medical devices for IVF clinics worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the structuring, monitoring, and control of manufacturing processes and production flows
  • Oversee personnel management, task assignments, and shift scheduling
  • Plan and allocate resources (raw materials, equipment), ensuring effective inventory control
  • Conduct capacity planning across human resources, materials, machinery, and time
  • Ensure full compliance with occupational safety regulations, accident prevention protocols, and environmental protection standards
  • Develop and maintain production plans in alignment with business needs
  • Monitor and report key production metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant experience in similar role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
