Production shift Supervisor

[Η θέση αναφέρεται στον Plant Director]

Σκοπός της θέσης: Η υποστήριξη στην αποτελεσματική υλοποίηση του πλάνου παραγωγής, την εξασφάλιση της αποδοτικής λειτουργίας των συστημάτων παραγωγής, την έγκαιρη παράδοση των προϊόντων βάσει των απαιτούμενων προδιαγραφών, καθώς και η επίβλεψη των διαδικασιών του εργοστασίου.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παρακολουθεί την εξέλιξη του αναλυτικού πλάνου παραγωγής ανά βάρδια

  • Ευθύνεται για την εύρυθμη και αποτελεσματική λειτουργία, την ευταξία, την καθαριότητα, την συντήρηση, την ασφάλεια όλων των εγκαταστάσεων του χώρου για τους οποίους έχει στην ευθύνη του

  • Επιβλέπει τις καθημερινές παραγωγικές διαδικασίες του εργοστασίου και εκτελεί το πλάνο παραγωγής όπως έχει δοθεί από τον Production Coordinator

  • Οργανώνει την ροή εργασιών, αναθέτοντας ευθύνες για την εκτέλεση τους

  • Επιβλέπει το σύνολο διαδικασιών και ενεργειών που σχετίζονται με την παραγωγική διαδικασία, τις λειτουργίες 1ου επιπέδου συντήρησης και την προμήθεια υλικών στην εκάστοτε εγκατάσταση/εργοστάσιο της εταιρείας

  • Ελέγχει την απόδοση και παραγωγικότητα των μηχανών και του εξοπλισμού, με στόχο την διασφάλιση της ομαλής & συνεχόμενης λειτουργίας των μηχανημάτων

  • Διασφαλίζει την συνεχόμενη λειτουργία των μηχανημάτων

  • Αξιολογεί τους υπαλλήλους της βάρδιας του

  • Εξασφαλίζει την ασφαλή χρήση του εξοπλισμού

  • Ελέγχει την παραγωγή σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές που έχουν ορισθεί

  • Εκτελεί μετρήσεις βάσει διαδικασιών ποιότητας με στόχο την τήρηση των εγκεκριμένων τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και τη διασφάλιση ποιότητας του τελικού προϊόντος

  • Υποβάλει αναφορές σχετικά με την απόδοση και τα προβλήματα που συναντάει στην βάρδια του

  • Εκπαιδεύει νέους υπαλλήλους σχετικά με τον τρόπο με τον οποίο χρησιμοποιούνται οι μηχανές με ασφάλεια και ακολουθεί τις διαδικασίες

  • Εκτελεί / διαχειρίζεται οποιασδήποτε άλλη ενέργεια / αρμοδιότητα, όπως απαιτηθεί από τον Production Coordinator

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου/Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού [ΑΤΕΙ]

  • Εμπειρία σε βιομηχανικό περιβάλλον [επιθυμητό]

  • Ανεπτυγμένες ικανότητες οργάνωσης, καθορισμού προτεραιοτήτων και διαχείρισης χρόνου

  • Αρίστη γνώση Αγγλικών

  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office

  • Ικανότητα εργασίας κάτω από συνθήκες πίεσης

  • Στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις εκπληρωμένες

  • Ομαδικό και συνεργάσιμο πνεύμα
