Responsibilities

• Supervise, organize and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping team

• Conduct quality control inspections of rooms

• Train and develop the housekeeping team

• Create and manage the weekly work schedule

• Maintain continuous communication with relevant hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

• Demonstrate effective time management skills

• Knowledge of chemical and sanitization products and techniques is considered a plus

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or a degree from a tourism/hospitality college

• Excellent command of English or Greek

• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Dynamic, professional and personable with strong team spirit

• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (morning shifts)
