We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Athens. In this role, you will ensure an exceptional, well-organized working environment and uphold the highest standards of guest experience. You will supervise the housekeeping and hospitality service teams, coordinate daily operations, and maintain seamless communication with hotel management to ensure smooth and efficient service. Responsibilities


• Supervise, organize and direct the daily activities of the housekeeping team


• Conduct quality control inspections of rooms


• Train and develop the housekeeping team


• Create and manage the weekly work schedule


• Maintain continuous communication with relevant hotel departments to ensure smooth operations


• Demonstrate effective time management skills


• Knowledge of chemical and sanitization products and techniques is considered a plus

Requirements


• Experience in a similar role or a degree from a tourism/hospitality college


• Excellent command of English or Greek


• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook


• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Dynamic, professional and personable with strong team spirit


• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule (morning shifts)
