On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected company in the FMCG sector, we are currently seeking an experienced and driven
Production Supervisor
to join their plant based in the
Attica region
. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring operational efficiency, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
  • Manage and coach production teams to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
  • Monitor production schedules, resources, and costs to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Report on production performance and identify areas for operational enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a production management role within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and lean methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and verbal).
  • Competency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
