Αρμοδιότητες
- Καλωσόρισμα πελατών
- Οργάνωση - Διαχείριση κρατήσεων / απάντηση σε σχετική αλληλογραφία
- Άριστη επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες από την αρχή, από τη στιγμή που πραγματοποιείται η κράτηση, στην άφιξη μέχρι και την αναχώρησή τους
- Σωστή και έγκαιρη διεκπεραίωση όλων των οικονομικών συναλλαγών & έκδοση σχετικών παραστατικών διαμονής
- Άνοιγμα και κλείσιμο διαθεσιμότητας διαμερισμάτων
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε Ελλάδα ή εξωτερικ
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και τουλάχιστον μίας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
- Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση
- Ομαδικότητα – προσαρμοστικότητα – οργάνωση
- Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις, χαρακτήρας με θέληση για προσφορά
- Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ καθώς και γνώση Booking, Airbnb, Channel Manager.
- Εμπειρία χειρισμού Webhotelier.
