Ο ξενοδοχειακός Όμιλος Across Hotels & Resorts, με μακρόχρονη εμπειρία στις υπηρεσίες φιλοξενίας, αναζητά αυτήν την περίοδο συνεργάτες ,Υπαλλήλους Κρατήσεων, στο Τμήμα Κεντρικών Κρατήσεων του Ομίλου στην Θεσσαλονίκη, που θα αποτελέσουν μέλη της ομάδας μας Αν θεωρείς ότι μπορείς να μοιραστείς το όραμα μας για την παροχή υψηλών προδιαγραφών φιλοξενίας και ταξιδιωτικών εμπειριών θα χαρούμε πολύ να σε γνωρίσουμε και να σε καλωσορίσουμε στην οικογένεια μας. Άμεση πρόσληψη.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο σχολής τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων
  • 2ετής τουλάχιστον προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση κεντρικών κρατήσεων ξενοδοχειακής αλυσίδας
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επιπλέον ξένη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Άριστη γνώση ξενοδοχειακού προγράμματος κρατήσεων, κατά προτίμηση Pylon Epsilonnet
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ και Microsoft Office
  • Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες, ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται άριστο κλίμα συνεργασίας και επικοινωνίας με όλα τα εμπλεκόμενα τμήματα των ξενοδοχείων
  • Ευελιξία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων, παραπόνων
  • Ευγένεια, Υπευθυνότητα, δυναμικότητα, διορατικότητα
