Role Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Reservations Manager
to join our team. This is a
full-time, hybrid
role based at the Renaissance Hanioti Resort, with some flexibility for remote work.
As a Reservations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for streamlining processes, training staff, and using data-driven insights to enhance sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the reservations department
- Ensure excellent guest service and prompt, accurate handling of all booking inquiries
- Train and support reservations team members to achieve high performance
- Monitor and analyze reservation and sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Ensure all systems and processes comply with company standards and data accuracy
- Utilize reservation software (Protel PMS) and Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
Qualifications
- Proven experience in reservations and customer service, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in staff training and team leadership
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with hotel reservation systems, ideally
Protel PMS - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality.
