Deine Aufgaben
- Telefonische Beratung & Betreuung von Vodafone-Kunden (Inbound).
- Beantwortung von Fragen zu Verträgen und Produkten.
- Aktiver Vertrieb durch Up- & Cross-Selling.
- Dokumentation der Kundenanliegen im System.
Dein Profil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Freude am Verkauf und an der Beratung.
- Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Deine Vorteile
- Monatliches Gesamtgehalt von 1.550 € brutto € Grundgehalt und 300 € Bonus) bei regulärer Leistung auf Vollzeitbasis, 40 Stunden.
- Bei überdurchschnittlicher Leistung kann ein Bonus von mehr als 1.000 € brutto monatlich erzielt werden – nach oben ohne Begrenzung.
- Unbefristeter Vertrag und 100% Home Office – keine Büroanwesenheitspflicht.
- Bezahltes Training und Ausstattung für dein Home Office.
