Deine Aufgaben:

  • Nach intensiver Einarbeitung bist du Ansprechpartner für Vodafone-Kunden in Thessaloniki – telefonisch und per E-Mail, als Call Center Agent oder Mitarbeiter Kundenservice.
  • Du berätst kompetent zu Internet, Telefon & TV und unterstützt bei Vertragsabschlüssen und Verlängerungen.
  • Pflege der Kundendaten in unserem System – sauber und effizient.
  • Du sorgst für zufriedene Kunden und ein starkes Teamgefühl.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erste Erfahrung als Call Center Agent, Mitarbeiter Kundenservice oder Lust als Quereinsteiger.
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und technisches Verständnis.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Beraten.
  • Vertriebsaffinität und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit.

Das bieten wir dir:

  • Monatliches Gesamtgehalt von 1.800 € brutto € Grundgehalt, 250 € Büroprämie und 300 € Bonus) bei regulärer Leistung auf Vollzeitbasis, 40 Stunden.
  • Bei überdurchschnittlicher Leistung kann ein Bonus von mehr als 1.000 € brutto monatlich erzielt werden – nach oben ohne Begrenzung.
  • 13. & 14. Gehalt.
  • Du kannst zwischen 8:00 und 24:00 Uhr an 7 Tagen die Woche in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit arbeiten.
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag.
