Position: Event Manager

Location: Kifissia, Athens

Job Description: As an Event Manager at Purple Events, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-profile client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of complex events and promotional activations. You will lead projects form A to Z, oversee project timelines, and coordinate with external partners to ensure all deliverables exceed our clients' expectations. This position is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibilities and drive the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and execution of high-profile events and promotional activations, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Provide exemplary client service, acting as the primary point of contact and advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, overseeing all tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld.
  • Oversee the creation of communication materials for events, including Save the Date, invitations, banners, and other materials.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as venue owners, audiovisual teams, and catering services, to ensure seamless event logistics.
  • Evaluate offers from external partners and make strategic recommendations based on project requirements and budget constraints.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by anticipating needs and providing proactive solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A senior professional with 5 years of experience in event and client relationship management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Business. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages, both written and verbal. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create compelling presentations and detailed project plans.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude, strategic mindset, and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience in mentoring and guiding team members.
