Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital and Social Media Manager based in Athens. In this senior position, you will develop and execute digital strategies and social media initiatives that enhance brand presence, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with our creative, marketing, and communications teams to produce innovative campaigns aligned with client goals and PROGRESSIVE's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive digital and social media strategies that elevate client brands and align with market trends.
• Lead and/or manage the creation and execution of paid and organic social media campaigns, content calendars, and audience growth strategies.
• Create and manage digital media content that aligns with client branding and objectives.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative digital media assets that drive engagement.
• Monitor social media platforms to identify trends, insights, and emerging tools/technologies to enhance impact.
• Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts and assist in executing and tracking campaigns.
• Analyze and report on social media campaign performance to optimize results.
• Craft compelling copy for various digital platforms (social media posts, newsletters, websites).
• Collaborate with the communication team to develop marketing/design ideas for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic and tactical recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in an agency setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and brand impact.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English, with experience interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of content creation tools and/or graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
