Δημιουργήσαμε νέες συνθήκες και ένα «out of the box» περιβάλλον, σε ένα
πρωτοποριακό Atelier. Ένας βιωματικός τρόπος επιλογής υλικών για την κατοικία και
τον επαγγελματικό χώρο ανατρέπει παλιές διαδικασίες και εξυπηρετεί αποτελεσματικά
τα τεχνικά γραφεία.

Το αντικείμενο της θέσης εργασίας:
- Εκτελεί τη διαδικασία προμηθειών σύμφωνα με τις επιχειρηματικές δραστηριότητες και σε άμεση
συνεργασία με την γραμματεία της εμπορικής διαχείρισης
- Συμβουλεύει και υποστηρίζει τις ανάγκες για υπεργολαβίες, υπηρεσίες ή υλικά έργου και συντονίζει
τις ομάδες έργου
- Διασφαλίζει την έγκαιρη παραλαβή των προσφορών των προμηθευτών
- Διεξάγει ακριβείς εμπορικές αξιολογήσεις, μέσω συγκριτικών πινάκων και αναλύσεων προσφορών,
- Ελέγχει κόστη
- Προετοιμάζει και διαχειρίζεται συμφωνίες υπεργολαβίας, παροχής υπηρεσιών και παραγγελίες
αγοράς υλικών
- Διατηρεί μια εμπορικά υγιή βάση προμηθευτών, διεξάγει συνεχή έρευνα της αγοράς για νέους
προμηθευτές
- Διατηρεί και ενημερώνει τα αρχεία προμηθειών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ – ΤΕΙ Μηχανικού με γνώσεις στα δομικά υλικά κατασκευών
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση τμήματος προμηθειών τεχνικών εταιρειών
- Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών
- Δίπλωμα οδήγησης
