Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire an
On Site Procurement Offi
cer to join our team
at OFC TECHNICAL S
.A., a subsidiary of OFC, to responsible for managing the on-site procurement process, to ensure timely and specification-compliant delivery of materials and services.

During your day you will:

  • Execute day-to-day procurement based on approved requisitions from site teams and under the guidance of the Head of Procurement
  • Coordinate material deliveries with On Site and Warehouse Administrators and Site Engineers
  • Ensure that purchased items meet technical specifications and certifications
  • Collect and submit supplier offers for local or urgent items
  • Track and confirm delivery schedules for site-critical materials
  • Maintain purchase documentation, Goods Received Notes, and vendor communication logs
  • Communicate shortages, delays, or quality issues to Head of Procurement and Site Engineers

What you need to stand out:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role within the industry familiarity with common tools and processes used in the industry
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle assigned tasks reliably
