Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Procurement Assistant
to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement operations and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Role Description

  • Assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Support the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
