Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to a senior executive. Manages the calendar, meetings, phone calls, correspondence and other documents for approval. Additionally, performs data entry, prepares letters, reports and presentations
- Oversees the coordination of meetings, with the responsibility of shaping the agenda and preparing briefing materials/presentations in collaboration with business unit executives
- Manages the information system and ERGANI, by providing necessary data to external company partners and supports procurement processes
- Undertakes the organization of meetings and professional obligations, both within and outside the company, online or in person (communicates with external partners and suppliers for bookings and venue arrangements, presentations, catering, etc.)
- Supervises budget adherence and the smooth operation of facilities
- Organizes business trips for senior executives (hotel bookings, transportation, business meals, etc.)
- Participates and supports activities such as events, conferences and training sessions, through collaboration with relevant business units and external partners and/or suppliers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar Executive Assistant role
- Experience in large companies will be considered an additional qualification
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
