Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Department: Operations

Reporting to: Procurement & Warehouse Lead

Your Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. In this role, you'll help with the day-to-day tasks of our warehouse, including receiving, packing, and shipping materials. You'll also support our team with inventory and returns.

Daily Warehouse Operations

  • Help with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping materials for customer orders.
  • Assist in preparing shipments and work with team members to coordinate with shipping partners.
  • Help manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process by assisting with product returns and replacements.
  • Work with the team to create and maintain accurate delivery notes for all outgoing shipments.
  • Help with checking and receiving orders from suppliers to make sure everything is correct.

What we look for:

  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
  • University degree in a related field such as Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with inventory software is a plus (ERP, WMS).
