Job Description:

1.Identify and evaluate new suppliers and sub-contractors.

2.Understand the specific needs and requirements of technical projects

3.Issue RFQ and RFP and evaluate the proposals

4.Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers

5.Place and monitor procurement orders

6.Ensure timely delivery of goods and services

7.Ensure the quality of received goods and services

8.Implement and adhere to the company's procurement policies and procedures

9.Incorporate items and orders in the ERP

10.Ensure compliance with laws and regulations

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, and / or Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

2.3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction company

3.Familiarity with technical specifications and standards in engineering and construction

4.Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management

5.Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills

6.Familiarity with
procurement management systems (e.g., ERP)

7.Excellent communication and organizational skills

10.Native knowledge of Greek

11.Good English (written and spoken)

12.Category B driver's license

13.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
