About the Role

We are seeking five (x5) detail-oriented and reliable Production Operators to join our aseptic manufacturing team. This role involves hands-on operation and monitoring of production equipment on a new aseptic line to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing of products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain aseptic filling and packaging equipment.
  • Carry out pre-PPQ checks, sterilization, water testing, and buffer preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, aseptic techniques, and quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process checks, record data accurately, and complete batch documentation.
  • Perform routine cleaning, setup, and sterilization of equipment and work areas.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to achieve daily targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with new aseptic lines.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and aseptic techniques (HACCP experience a plus).
  • Ability to work in controlled cleanroom environments.
  • High attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
