Job Purpose
We are looking for a result-driven Production Foreman to join our plant in Mandra and assist in achieving our growth targets.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinates and supports the effective operation of the production machines as well as staff's allocation and management
Creates and monitors KPI reports to increase productivity and reduce Scrap (technical solutions, staff awareness)
Monitors and reports of production costs
Supports continuous improvement projects
Creates instruction and documentation for the machinery
Participates in plant's meetings
Improves quality health and safety procedures
Schedules and records operator shifts and is responsible for implementing the weekly production programs
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering (4/5 years degree)
Master's degree will be considered a plus
Very good knowledge of the English language
Good level of IT skills (Microsoft office, Computer networking basics, programming languages) will be considered a plus
Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial environment
Attention to detail
Great interpersonal and communication skills
