Sales Manager CASE (m/f/d)
Full-time / Greece (Athens) / permanent employment
Your Mission:
This position aims to take full commercial responsibility for the CASE business in Greece and ensure a seamless, value-driven projects. You will strengthen our strategic partnership, secure profitable growth, and deliver consistent service excellence in the CASE segment.
What You'll Do:
• Take over full commercial responsibility for the CASE accounts in Greece and Cyprus.
• Manage and further develop the strategic business relationship with the customer on all decision-making levels
• Identify growth opportunities and develop/implement corresponding sales strategies
• Lead the entire sales process, including price negotiations, offer preparation and contract management
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing and Product Management to ensure optimal product availability
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities and potential risks
• Achieve defined sales, margin and budget targets for the assigned customer portfolio
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage
• Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the chemical, raw materials or distribution industry
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies for complex customer structures and international markets
• Solid understanding of chemical products, applications and market requirements (CASE segment preferred)
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Flexibility and availability to travel often within Greece and Europe
• Experience in working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• English fluency (C1) and a passion for international collaboration.
