The Ship Management Division of ENESEL Group, based in Athens, Greece, presently operating a diverse fleet of 28 modern, high-specification tankers and container vessels, is seeking a highly motivated, full-time Technical Coordinator to provide support to our technical team, reporting directly to the Heads of the department.

All vessels are constructed to the highest international standards in first-class shipyards and are chartered to leading global charterers and operators, primarily on a time-charter basis.

Key Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will hold University degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a shipping or technical management environment.
  • Familiarity with DANAOS PMS or equivalent.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Technical team to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the company's PMS, including pre-joining ERP PMS familiarization and training for seafarers.
  • Coordinate and follow up on vessel repairs, services, and Class periodical surveys.
  • Monitor vessel certificates and Classification matters, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  • Oversee the annual servicing of safety equipment and items.
  • Track fleet technical KPIs and assist in preparing agendas, data, and reports for quarterly and annual Management Review meetings.
  • Support OPEX budget preparation, tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in special projects and corporate technical reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and comments on technical expenditures, updating relevant software modules accordingly.
  • Assist with MRV-DCS reporting and ensure timely updates on DNV Veracity and Thetis portals.
  • Perform additional duties as may be assigned by the heads of the department.
