Role Overview
We are looking for a
Technical Support Specialist
to join our Help Desk team. You will provide technical and customer support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for technology and problem-solving –
previous experience is a plus, but not required
, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for clients, including hardware and software problems.
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with IT systems, software, and applications is a plus, but not required.
- Relevant IT or technical support certifications are an advantage, but not mandatory.
