IT Help Desk specialist
με αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στην τεχνική υποστήριξη χρηστών και στη διαχείριση IT υποδομών. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα πρέπει να έχει πολύ καλή γνώση
Windows 365
,
Active Directory
και εμπειρία σε
hardware και software support
, εξασφαλίζοντας την απρόσκοπτη λειτουργία των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων του οργανισμού.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή τεχνικής υποστήριξης στους χρήστες.
  • Διαχείριση λογαριασμών χρηστών μέσω
    Active Directory
    (δημιουργία, απενεργοποίηση, δικαιώματα).
  • Υποστήριξη και διαχείριση περιβαλλόντων
    Microsoft 365 / Windows 365
    (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων
    hardware
    (PCs, laptops, εκτυπωτές, περιφερειακά).
  • Αντιμετώπιση θεμάτων
    software
    και λειτουργικών συστημάτων (Windows OS, Office apps).
  • Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα IT για την επίλυση σύνθετων τεχνικών ζητημάτων.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Τουλάχιστον
    3 χρόνια εμπειρίας
    σε ρόλο IT Help Desk / Technical Support.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση
    Microsoft Windows 10/11
    ,
    Windows 365
    και
    Active Directory
    .
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση
    Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    και βασικών cloud υπηρεσιών.
  • Καλή κατανόηση δικτύων (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Ικανότητα διάγνωσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων hardware/software.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρέτησης χρηστών.
