Your Role:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.

What Youll Need:

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on a rotational shift schedule if required
  • EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
