Η Hellenic Train Α.Ε. ζητά να προσλάβει άμεσα στέλεχος πλήρους απασχόλησης για την κάλυψη της θέσης του Τεχνικού Υποστήριξης Χρηστών (IT Helpdesk Technician) στα Kεντρικά Gραφεία της στην Αθήνα.
Ο υποψήφιος θα αναγνωρίζει και θα επιλύει προβλήματα που αφορούν στις υποδομές Πληροφορικής της εταιρείας.
Αρμοδιότητες
· Επίλυση προβλημάτων που αφορούν PC, Laptop σε H/W και S/W επίπεδο.
· Εκτέλεση διαγνωστικών προγραμμάτων για την επίλυση προβλημάτων.
· Επίλυση προβλημάτων δικτύων Η/Υ.
· Πρώτο & δεύτερο επίπεδο υποστήριξης τελικών χρηστών μέσω εισερχόμενων κλήσεων, μέσω εφαρμογής καταχώρησης προβλημάτων (Web Help Desk) & μέσω email.
· Υποστήριξη των χρηστών στις καθημερινές τους εργασίες.
· Εκπαίδευση των χρηστών για το πώς να χρησιμοποιούν τους πόρους της εταιρείας αποτελεσματικά και με ασφάλεια.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
· Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου-ΤΕΙ-ΙΕΚ στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής.
· Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
· Πολύ καλή γνώση εγκατάστασης, παραμετροποίησης, διαχείρισης και λειτουργίας υπολογιστών και περιφερειακών συσκευών.
· Άριστη γνώση διαχείρισης περιβαλλόντων Windows 10.
· Γνώση συστημάτων και υποδομών πληροφορικής.
· Εκπληρωμένες (για άντρες υποψηφίους) στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις.
· Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.

· Προϋπηρεσία σε Helpdesk.
