IT Support Technicians

We are currently seeking two IT Support Technicians to become integral members of our IT department. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in IT support, with a knack for troubleshooting and a commitment to providing excellent technical assistance. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to grow and excel in the field of IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide top-notch technical support and assistance to our end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution of issues.

-Actively respond to support tickets, phone calls, and emails, diagnosing, and troubleshooting problems related to hardware, software, and network issues.

-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications to support our employees' day-to-day activities.

-Conduct regular equipment inventory checks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of hardware and software assets.

-Assist in the setup and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, conference rooms, and other IT-related infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and usability.

What We're Looking For:

-1-3 years of experience in an IT support role.

-Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues with hardware, software, and network systems.

-Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with users of varying technical proficiency.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a keen attention to detail.

-The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet deadlines and user needs.
