We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer/ Customer Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processes customer orders
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they've solved a technical issues
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Research and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Support the sales representatives by providing technical knowledge to clients

To be a successful candidate, your professional profile should match the following criteria:

  • BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Greek
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
