Υπαλλήλους Front Desk Agents για την στελέχωση των γραφείων της (πλήρους 12μηνης απασχόλησης) στον Πειραιά.

Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διαχείριση και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Διεκπεραίωση παραδόσεων / παραλαβών οχημάτων
  • Προετοιμασία των προς παράδοση οχημάτων
  • Απάντηση & αποστολή σε καθημερινή βάση reports

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (επιπλέον γνώση άλλης ξένης γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί)
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού Ηλ. Υπολογιστή
  • Άριστη γνώση προγραμμάτων MS-Office
  • Κατανόηση των λειτουργιών και συνετή τήρηση των διαδικασιών
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα
