Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming customer inquiries in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the service desk system for reference.
- Provide guidance on product usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to elevate service standards and improve processes.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product offerings and customer service best practices.
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.
